With 18+ years of clinical experience, I've worked through the same challenges you're navigating — learning to trust the process, deepening attunement, and finding confidence in the work. As an Approved Brainspotting Consultant, I bring more than Brainspotting expertise. My training in Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory helps me support you in understanding why this work moves people so deeply.
I know what it feels like to sit with uncertainty as a newer practitioner. Consultation with me is a space where you can bring your real questions, your stuck cases, and your honest doubts — without judgment. I'm not here to evaluate you. I'm here to grow alongside you.
